Vanity tops in Mandurah.
The small slab that finishes a bathroom. Stone vanity tops cut for above-counter, undermount or drop-in basins, with matching upstands, for Mandurah bathrooms and ensuites. Match them to each other, or to the kitchen, in compliant engineered stone, porcelain or natural stone.
A vanity top that lifts the bathroom.
A stone vanity top is one of the quickest, most affordable upgrades in a Mandurah bathroom. Swapping a moulded or laminate top for a slab of engineered stone or porcelain instantly reads as a quality renovation, even when the rest of the bathroom is unchanged. At $350 to $700 a top it is an easy yes for homeowners freshening up a Greenfields or Erskine home before sale, or finishing a new ensuite in a Lakelands or Madora Bay build.
Cut for your basin and tapware.
The basin drives the template. We cut for an above-counter vessel basin that sits on top with a single tap hole, an undermount basin fixed below a polished cut-out for a seamless wipe-down surface, or a traditional drop-in. Bring us the basin and tap details at the measure and we cut the top, tap holes and any upstands to suit.
Matching across the home.
Because vanity tops are small, we can usually cut the main bathroom and ensuite from the same slab so they match, and even tie them to the kitchen benchtop for a single material running through the home. Doing several tops together keeps the cost per piece down and uses slabs efficiently.
Choosing the stone.
Compliant engineered stone and porcelain are the low-maintenance favourites for bathrooms because they are non-porous and shrug off everyday products. Marble is gorgeous but etches with acids and needs sealing, so if you love the look we usually suggest a marble-look engineered stone. Costs are on the pricing guide, and the full material comparison is in the how to choose a benchtop guide.
